The plan this morning was to take both girls to Jumpin' Land when they opened at 10. That is usually nap time, but Scout has been fighting the afternoon nap lately, so I'm trying to cut her morning one. I figure having the girls on the same schedule would be nice, so we'll see how it goes. Dylan was just too tired this morning to go and I knew she wouldn't have a good time, so she stayed at home and napped with Micheal and I took Scout to go "jump so high" as she put it.
She was so excited when we got there!
Oh! Silly mommy!

Getting tired
In other news, Micheal's truck was finally ready today. He has officially traded in the Jetta and we own a Dodge Ram. I have to say, when I was about 14 or 15 it was my dream car! It's not my dream car anymore, but it's still pretty sweet.
Wednesday 6/9:
This morning the girls slept until 8:30!!! O!M!G! I couldn't believe it. We got up, had breakfast, got dressed, and fixed hair - Dylan's too! She got two little piggie tails today. lol!
I headed out with both girls to the library. Micheal had some things he wanted to take care of at the house. I will NOT do that again next week. On the way out the door, Dylan fell and cut her knee. We went back in and got a band aid. I got them there and on the way into the library, Scout fell and cut her knee. She wanted at band aid too but we didn't have any with us. She didn't understand why it couldn't be her turn to wear Dylan's. Both girls whined while we were there and were pretty clingy. The books today were about cakes and when they were finished, they had cupcakes for the kids to decorate with sprinkles and icing. The girls loved it! Of course, the loved eating them best. It was quite a challenge to get them both into the bathroom to wash their hands and back out to the truck when we were finished. I told M that next week if he stays home, D will stay with him. I think we will all go next week, though, because there will be firemen there with a fire truck. Sounds like fun!

They were hopping on one foot
When we came home, we ate lunch and took naps. Well, the girls took naps anyway. It worked well to get them on the same schedule today, but D took a second nap around 4. When they woke up (the first time) it was raining, so we got the tunnel out to play
Tonight, we went to Golden Corral for dinner. It was a little expensive... I think we'll stick to their lunch buffet from now on. It was good because we could get as much as we wanted and didn't have to worry about whether or not the girls would eat it. Not that they didn't eat anything! Mac and cheese, roast, fried rice, chicken, mashed potatoes, bread, jello, ice cream... what's not to love? Veggies? What veggies? lol! They had corn and carrots at lunch.
Tomorrow they are going to daycare. M is playing D&D at the house, and I'm not sure what I'm going to do with myself. I think I'm meeting Melissa at the mall. I can't remember the last time I had a day to myself! I'll let you know how it goes.
