This morning we got up and hung out in the living room for the morning. Exciting, I know. Dylan took an early nap and Scout and I played on the couch.
She picked up one of daddy's shirts and put it on. She handed me my camera and said, "Here. Wanna take Scout picture?" I obliged. Then she said, "See Scout. Wanna see Scout," meaning she wanted me to show her the picture. Think I take too many pictures? Ha ha ha! Scout ate lunch and so did mommy and daddy. Then Scout took a nap and Dylan woke up. I put Dylan's clothes on, fed her, and took her to her follow up ear doctor appointment. She did not have an ear infection, so I was wrong there. I'm glad to be wrong, thank you. Her hearing is fine and the tubes look good. We stopped at the grocery store for a few small things and came home. Scout was awake and playing with daddy. After a while, we all ate dinner and then went and got snow cones. It's a little cart in a lot with a few picnic tables. What we hadn't thought about is that all of the bees know where the snow cone cart is, too. We drove down the street to the park to finish them. :-) Scout and Dylan saw a friend from day care there and they played with him some.
Snow cone tongue!
Sliding with Daddy
Soon after, I noticed Dylan checking out some baseballs that someone had left there.
She was trying to figure out how to pick them both up. She got one and reached for the other
Ooops! Lost that one
It went on like that for a while. lol! We actually had some dark clouds coming in when we left
When we got home, things got hairy. Let's just say neither girl wanted to bathe or go to bed and Scout is still upstairs kicking the bed and screaming. I am out of patience with them, so she's just going to stay up there. I am sooo glad they go to daycare tomorrow. I think I would have to leave them with daddy if they didn't. Ha!
