Aunt Sarah spent the night with us last night and again tonight! This afternoon, we went to a block party in town. It was at the church where all of the girls' teachers go, and every single one of them were there! Scout was just amazed. She wanted to go back to the party all weekend.
Here is Scout, Miss Jamie, and another boy that goes to daycare with them.

There was a bounce house there and all of us got in and jumped! Here's Scout:

Aunt Sarah and Dylan

They had a stage where their gospel group was singing. Scout begged to go onstage because she wanted to sing. Finally, they let her and she and Noah sang ba ba black sheep and the alphabet song. :-)

Here's Scout with Miss Wanda. Miss Wanda is Miss Jamie's mother and one of the part time workers at daycare.

Sunday:
This morning, after Scout and Dylan went down for their nap, Sarah and I went to church. It's been a very long time since I've been, except when I go home to visit my parents. I went to the King's Trail Cowboy Church. I wasn't sure if I would like it or not. I am not sure it is the place for me, but it felt good to go.
This afternoon, we went to the park with the girls. It was super hot, so I guess summer isn't too far away. Scout wanted to go up the pole.
Dylan wasn't much into climbing, but she had lots of fun with the wood chips.
Scout tumbled down the slide a few times because she just doesn't understand why she has to keep her feet in front of her. :-) This time was a good one.
Swing!
Monday:
Today I only had a half day at work because I had an interview this afternoon. I had one a few weeks ago in Anna, but I didn't get that job. I'm really hoping it was because I will get this one, but at the same time I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high, you know? As upset as I would be if I don't get it, I still have a job. Yes, it takes me an hour to get there, but it is still a job, and that is a blessing right now.
So, for today's picture... night night kisses
Oh, so sweet!
