Day 46, 319 to go

It's still cold here but the snow is melting. This is all that's left of our snowman from Friday


Scout was on a sugar high tonight. Since their Valentines Day party was supposed to be on Friday and we had a snow day, they moved it to today. I'm sure she was snacking all day, but it doesn't happen often. :-) She was singing and dancing around tonight. It was really sweet. I thought about taking a picture, but it just wouldn't do her justice. You'd have to see the dance in a video, but I wasn't quick enough to get the video camera out. This afternoon I finally got our Christmas decorations out into the barn. That's right. February 15th. I took them down and put them away a long time ago, but they've been in their plastic containers on the porch for a long time. Every weekend it's been cold and/ or rainy (or snowing!) and it's close to dark by the time we get home from work. Enough excuses. I've been lazy. But now it's done and I feel better.
