Ah, sisters

Scout may pretend to love her sister when we are around, but she is showing the signs of the mean green envy machine.

She pokes Dylan and once she even hit her. I'm not sure that was on purpose, but I've defiantly got to keep an eye on her.

The latest has to do with the paci. See, Scout was never really interested in a paci. She could take it or leave it. Now, whenever she sees Dylan with one, she takes it and either throws it across the room or puts it in her mouth. Her teachers mentioned that at daycare she's started taking paci's away from babies and putting them in her mouth, too. Silly girl!

She does love to play with Dylan, though. She even plays peek-a-boo

Or is she trying to smother her? Ah, sisters

Mommy: And we'll see all of your friends at daycare today. We'll see Claudi... and Jessa... and Avery... and Miss Becki... and Miss Jamie... who else will we see?

~Scout 2/6/10 (After I explained to her that Sue Sue had to go bye bye. I told her she went back to her house and that satisfied her. So much for the simplest answers!)

Mommy: Scout, you look thug-a-licious in that hat.

Scout: (smiles) Thanks!

Our cats names are now "Yogurt" and "Okee"
Yogurt because Caillou's cat's name is Gilbert and when Scout says it, it sounds like yougurt.
Okee is because I asked Scout what we should name the other kitty and she said "other kitty" which sounds like Okee in toddler-talk.

Mommy: Scout, we don't take toys away from Dylan. You have to share.
Dylan: No no no no no no no!
My 13 month old has learned the word no. Lord help us all!
