Well, Michael and I had planned on taking Scout to the park today. We still may go, but it's going to be super-duper hot! I guess I should have specified to Michael that I wanted to go early. It's 11:00 and he is still sleeping and Scout is down for a nap. And I am stuck to the computer. So here are some random thoughts I've had...
I need a haircut. I don't have split ends, but the ends of my hair are getting pretty frizzy. It's been nearly a year since I've cut it. Yikes! Michael doesn't think I need one but I know that's just b/c he likes my hair long. I don't want to cut it short or anything. Just about an inch or so to get the frizzies off.
Tomorrow is our anniversary. 5 years. We've been together nearly 9. Man, we're getting old. lol! Jacob and Melissa are going to come over and babysit Scout so that we can go out to eat. We're thinking about seeing a movie, too. I hope everything goes okay. It seems like whenever I look forward to things like this something goes wrong.
Sounds like Scout is waking up from a nap. Hoping to come back later today with pictures from the park!

Yogurt because Caillou's cat's name is Gilbert and when Scout says it, it sounds like yougurt.
Okee is because I asked Scout what we should name the other kitty and she said "other kitty" which sounds like Okee in toddler-talk.
Mommy: Scout, we don't take toys away from Dylan. You have to share.
Dylan: No no no no no no no!
My 13 month old has learned the word no. Lord help us all!
