Is it really March already???

Monday:
Day 60, 305 to go

Today when I picked Scout up from daycare, I heard my two-year-old utter these words: I go to timeout, mommy. Jay Jay put me time out. Upon further questioning, She admitted that she "hit Claudi right here!" (pointed to her cheek). Her teacher, Miss Jay Jay was gone for the day, so I sent her a text message and asked her about it. I was pretty sure Scout was saying that she hit Claudi, but it could have been that Claudi hit her. Some of her words are hard to understand. :-) Jay Jay confirmed it... my child hit another child and was put in time out. *sigh* I'm glad she told me, but disappointed that she is hitting.

Tonight, the girls had the same things for dinner. Green beans, ravioli, meat sticks, and cereal. It didn't start out that way... Scout had green beans and ravioli and Dylan had meat sticks and cereal. But, both girls threw fits because they wanted what the others had. Go figure!








Once the girls were in bed, I had a huge mess in the kitchen to tackle. Micheal had cooked a bunch of food for his rehearsals (they have dinner on stage and they use real food) and this is how he left things:

Oh, joy. And now you see why I didn't have time to post this on Monday!


Tuesday:
Day 61, 304 to go

Micheal is feeling sick today, so he canceled his rehearsal, came home, and went to bed. Poor guy. I had the girls all alone, and boy am I tired! Dylan had her first real banana tonight and she loved it!



It was a beautiful day. Even the trees and flowers thought so. They seemed to think that it's spring!




Right now I should be cleaning in the kitchen again, but I'm just too tired. Or lazy. Not sure which.
